Welcome to our referral and resource hub, where we connect youth and families with licensed mental health professionals. While we don't provide direct counseling, we are dedicated to guiding individuals toward the support they need. Our mission is to create pathways for mental wellness, ensuring that everyone has access to the right help at the right time. Let us assist you on journey to mental health and well-being.
PROGRAM DETAILS
Wellness Connect serves as a bridge between individuals, families, and the mental health resources they need. Rather than providing direct counseling, BOSS Impact Academy partners with trusted, licensed professionals and organizations to ensure that every person has access to high-quality, compassionate care.
This program promotes emotional wellness, mental health awareness, and community support by connecting participants to services such as counseling, behavioral health, grief support, and wellness workshops. Wellness Connect emphasizes that asking for help is a sign of strength and no one should walk through life’s challenges alone.

HOW IT WORKS
Wellness Connect makes it simple for individuals and families to access the care they need in a supportive, confidential way. Our goal is to connect you to the right professional or resource based on your personal needs.
Here’s how it works:

Submit a Referral or Request for Support
Complete the Wellness Referral Form or speak with a BOSS Impact Academy team member. -
Initial Conversation
A staff member will contact you to learn more about your needs and determine what type of support or services may be most helpful. -
Connection to a Professional
You’ll be referred to one of our trusted, licensed partners — such as a counselor, therapist, or community wellness provider for individualized care. -
Ongoing Support
BOSS Impact Academy will follow up to ensure you’re connected to the right services and provide additional resources when needed.
How to Get Connected:
To access support through Wellness Connect, complete the Wellness Referral Form or contact our team for assistance. Once submitted, a staff member will connect you with a trusted mental health partner based on your needs.
All inquiries are confidential, and services are available to both BOSS Impact Academy participants and members of the community.
