MENTORING
“Guiding Youth. Building Confidence. Inspiring Leadership.”

MENTORING CHANGES LIVES.
At BOSS Impact Academy, we believe every young person deserves a trusted guide, a positive role model, and a supportive community to help them reach their full potential. Our mentoring programs give youth the tools, confidence, and real-world experiences they need to succeed in school, in life, and in their communities. We are a community-based youth and family program located in Camden, NJ, proudly serving Camden, Gloucester, and Burlington counties, with our home base in the City of Camden.

BOSS (Boys of Sustainable Strength) and
GLOSS (Girls Lifting One Another to Success & Self Worth) Mentoring empower youth to grow into confident, responsible leaders. Through group sessions, community service, and skill building activities, participants learn self worth, accountability, and teamwork while building lasting connections that inspire success in all areas of life.

Our original and flagship program, the heart of BOSS Impact Academy. B.O.S.S. (Boys of Sustainable Strength) Mentoring serves boys ages 8 to 18 and is dedicated to helping young men grow into leaders, scholars, and changemakers. Through group and one on one sessions, life skills training, trips, and real world exposure, participants build purpose, confidence, and discipline.

G.L.O.S.S. (Girls Lifting One Another to Success and Self Worth) Mentoring serves girls in grades 7 through 12, nurturing their brilliance and beauty by fostering self love, sisterhood, and leadership. Through engaging sessions, inspiring role models, and hands on skill building experiences, G.L.O.S.S. helps girls lead with confidence, resilience, and purpose.
