ELIGIBILITY
To Qualify, Mentee Must:

Be ages 12-18 (or in 6th grade-12th grade)

Be in good Academic Standings
-
Have a C or better in Math and ELA
-
Have two (2) Completed Recommendation Form from Teachers/School Staff
-
Have a Current copy of report card/progress report
-
Follow all program rules and attendance requirements.
